Along the promenade Dante that leads to Las Tronas (the thrones) famous rocks, you can find the cozy La Spiaggetta beach and, on the other side of Las Tronas hotel, the other El Trò beach. Little sand here but a blue sea welcomes you. This is the beach mainly used by the residents of the southern part of the city.   

It takes about 30-35 minutes walk (or 15 min by bicycle) to reach it from B&B La Mandronia but it's wortwhile for the view as you walk along the high fortess wall called Bastioni.
